If you are an employer of Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Professional personnel with the East Midlands regions of Nottingham, Leicester or Derby at sometime you will need to recruit new or further employees within your business, a non-core business activity which is often time consuming, frustrating and non productive in terms of your day to day business.
Our approach is to offer each individual client a tailored service to ensure whatever method we utilize is effective in sourcing the most suitable candidates, not only for their experience and skills but also their aspirations and personal qualities.
A successful, on-going, long term partnership between us and our clients is always our goal.
Our expertise and knowledge covers permanent recruitment of Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Professional candidates within the East Midlands and dates back to 1993. We cover every aspect of the recruitment process from initial briefing, pre-selection interviews, short listing and interview confirmation through to offer of employment and candidate acceptance, including resignation.
THE BRIEF AND YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Ideally we will meet with you and team (if required) at your premises, enabling us to gain a fuller understanding of your overall business as well as learning about your culture, ethos and standards. This initial briefing will allow you to not only inform us of your current recruitment needs, job description , job function, responsibilities and your ideal candidate profile but also to inform us of the standards and requirements you would have from our service. We would also agree upfront the Terms and Conditions of business for a successful placement. Our services are free of charge and there is no obligation or commitment on your behalf until you recruit a candidate recommended by ourselves.

CANDIDATE SELECTION AND SHORTLIST
Candidate applications are sourced from a variety of areas including our own database, our own in house recruitment advertising (which covers a varied range of mediums), referrals and recommendations and our reputation within the East Midlands for Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Professional Recruitment.
Any candidate presented to a client will firstly have meet one of our experienced recruiters. This pre-selection interview will cover each candidates curriculum vitae in full including career history, job titles, roles, job responsibilities, achievements, promotions, environments in which they have worked, reasons for leaving previous employers, as well as likes and dislikes of previous jobs. The second part of the meeting will be to discuss requirements of a next employer and job function.
The purpose of this pre-selection interview is to ensure the most suitable candidates, are offered on a shortlist not only for their experience and skills but also their aspirations and personal qualities.
We will only submit original curriculum vitae – they will not be doctored or changed in any way and these will only be sent once we have the full consent of the candidate.
INTERVIEWS
Once we have agreed on a suitable shortlist of candidates, we will arrange and organize the entire interview process offering you our dedicated support throughout
As with most things in life preparation is key!
We will confirm all interview arrangements in writing including dates, times and locations if away from your office.
Prior to the interview we will give an overview of each candidate, their current status, outstanding applications, strengths and weakness.
We will de-brief each candidate following each interview stage to discuss their thoughts on you, your company and your current opportunity and how it fits with their skills, experience, aspirations and future expectations, as well as their other outstanding applications.
We will then share this information with you asking your thoughts on each candidate and the success of the interview process the aim of this de-briefing exercise is to achieve the appointment of your selected candidate.
THE JOB OFFER AND RESIGNATION
To ensure a successful completion of the recruitment process this final stage is critical.
We will discuss the offer of employment with the selected candidate prior to you confirming this is in writing, this will allow the opportunity to gage the initial reaction and to identify and concerns, question or reservation the chosen candidate may have.
Once accepted and confirmed in writing by yourself we will partner the candidate through the resignation process / period up until their start date of employment with yourself keeping you informed at all times of the situation and any issues that my arise including counter offers or changes of heart. |
